Thank you very much, dear mod. ( ꈍᴗꈍ) I did both sort of, I studied graphic design, and we had some traditional art training there. after I graduated I studied in the university of youtube haha I actually honed in my skills there.

Hum, I’d say probably drawing technique. Since it feels like the majority of the lemmy denizens are still tech people, my skills are enough to be above average. Our artist community is growing, so I’m happy for that, and hoppefully it fills the fediverse with more OC! :)

I never sucked but I’m bad at abstract thought (if you can call it that), so I never enjoyed math. I’m much more of a visual/ auditory learner. Things like geometry were easy, but once I got to calculus I said “fuck this”.

That depends on the player; It’s as hard as you want it to be, (you can over level if you’re struggling, or do a challenge run staying under level, no upgrades, etc.) definitely not hard compared to today’s soulslike standards. If you are new to the genre it may take some adjustment, but the game is worth it.

I think we are seeing the project in it’s early stages and the author has been experimenting with different things and finding their voice and style; there’s bound to be inconsistencies. They are clearly talented and are helping grow the community with original content so, major props to them! This comic even inspired me to give it a try and make my own… (Which I posted in other community 'cause it’s just basically fan art, but still :P)
