But like, if men pee with the seat up, but both men and women poop with the seat down, then statistically the seat is already down more than half of the time. Now if we enforce a policy like this, that would mean more than half of the times someone walks in and needs the seat to be down is in luck, but the rest has to do double the “work”. And if someone goes in after someone who would have otherwise left the seat up, they too do double the work, so the seat changes position 4 times instead of once. I think it’s much more “just” to simply change the seat whenever you need it and sometimes you will even find it in the position you need it in.

I just hate this argument. Sure, knives don’t kill, there are plenty of things you can do with knives that aren’t murder. But a gun? Seriously? Those things are designed to kill. As in that’s their intended function. Even the people who own guns to defend themself know that the way their gun can defend them is by killing whatever attacked them. Yeah, same here in Hungary. Black box, generic font with the name, warnings on all sides and very visual pictures of what it does to you or what the doctors will have to do to keep you alive. Also only licensed and uniformally branded national tobacco stores can sell it on a universal price and they are all hellbent on always asking for your ID.
