I do think it’s a grey area.
Like, if one person on a three person team is exclusively doing art for the game, would they count as a developer moreso than if the two person team contracted out the artwork to separate company? Or would the other company be considered as a developer?

The steam account owns the game, whoever controls the steam account owns the rockstar game.

Love the world and history and characters. Gameplay is now pretty shit.
I started piracy, but I also watched less pirated content because 2024 seemed pretty fucking dull with content. Too much reality TV bullshit made it’s way to the streaming platforms.
January 1st is defined, but it’s still pretty arbitrary. It would make more sense if it were the solstice 10 days earlier or the spring equinox or summer solstice etc. because at least that’s the start/end of “something”

Pretty sure every passenger plane incident has made international news for the past decade or more, basically since the Internet became mainstream with smartphones at a minimum.
The past two years definitely stand out as particularly bad to me though.
My main go to is city builders and I couldn’t get past like 20 hours in manor lords before giving up. I just couldn’t get into it.
I mean, when you have a few thousand two-bit internet media sites surviving off advertisement spam and hiring any freelance writer that can put together three paragraphs for $5 that’s what our media becomes.
My top 9 games sorted by playtime, with almost 1000hrs for Valheim and about 300 for dwarf fortress.

When I think of older men having kids I mostly think of how unfortunate it is for the kid.
By the time your kid is 20 his dad will be 72, which would me like, on average he might get 5 more years of having a dad. If he’s lucky maybe 10-15.
Sorry to be macabre but it is something to consider.
