I’m a doctor so I know how dying people act. It’s unrealistic that a dying person, like a couple of seconds before he/ she’s completely gone, to talk much sense. They speak random stuff, disoriented, or in a complete panic state until they lost their consciousness and then die short after.

Trotzdem ist es noch verdammt schwierig, Ärzte Praxis anzurufen. :). Ich bin selber Arzt und tätig im Krankenhaus. Ich hab Schwierigkeiten, Arzttermine für meine Patienten auszumachen (z.B. zur Verlaufskontrolle oder eine strahlentherapeutische Nachbehandlung zu organisieren). Bei einer Arztpraxis anzurufen ist es fast utopisch, innerhalb weniger als 5 Minuten mit den Mitarbeitern dort zu sprechen. Es ist sehr oft so, dass ich diese Anrufe zu unserem Case Manager/ unserer Sekretärin delegieren muss. Sonst kostet es mir viel zu viel Zeit. Deutsches Gesundheitssystem ist krank. Ambulantes system funktioniert nicht, stationäre Behandlung funktioniert auch nicht besser.

Broke my phone 2 days ago. Samsung S23 has a black Friday promotion on its official website, the 256gb model is cheaper priced than the 128gb model. I think it’s a good deal. Buy things you really need, and you might save some money. But of course don’t buy stuff you don’t need just for the sake of discount.

And they increased the fucking price for YouTube premium.

I live in Germany and the delivery cost here is max. 6€, usually 2-3€. Never found any delivery service more expensive than that. My bad…

I’m scared to do torrent man. I didn’t care about it when I was in Indonesia. Now I live in Germany, and now I’m scared of doing it.

Natürlich ist auch möglich das zu machen. Aber warum müssen sie deutsche sein? Warum ist es wichtig, deutsche zu sein? Solange sie gut integriert sind, solange sie einen positiven Beitrag zur dazugehörigen Gesellschaft leisten. Was soll der Unterschied sein, ob die deutsche sind oder nicht? Beides kann man auch machen, was wichtig ist, dass die Leute “gut” sind. Gesund, zivilisiert, gebildet. Ist das nicht warum es überhaupt die EU gegründet wurde? Ist das nicht die Aspiration von der europäischen Union? In einer idealen Welt haben wir nicht die europäische Union sondern die irdische union.

Ohne Ausländer würde Deutschland seit lange nicht mehr funktionieren. Ich weiss es nicht wie das aussieht in anderem Gebiet, and in der Gesundheitsindustrie sind extrem viele Ausländer beteiligt (Ärzte, Pflegefachkraft), jedoch haben wir aktuell noch ausgeprägte Fachkräfte-Mangel…

Klima, Energie ist aktuell das dringendste Problem, meiner Meinung nach. Wir haben es gesehen, wie fragil wir sind beim Krieg in Russland. Unabhängigkeit von anderen Ländern erneuerbare Energie selbst zu produzieren, sollte für die Regierung ein von den wichtigsten Themen sein.
