

Skepticism doesn’t necessarily entail outright rejection of something. Like, I could be skeptical about vaccines and their side effects, but still get the vaccine because it is the best option available to me right now.

If Indian qualifies as one single cuisine - then Indian. I’ll have enough dishes to try out in my lifetime and that’s after considering I am vegetarian.

Same here. I type a response, read before submitting, only to decide it is not worth putting out anyway. I only manage to submit comments when it is related to cooking.
There is a snack called appam made with wheat/rice flour, which calls for overripe bananas. For this level of browned bananas, you probably don’t even need to add sugar seperately.

I agree on trying the live boot first. I played around with the live boot for a week, and ended up installing mint as dual boot when I got frustrated about not being able to save files, save settings etc. I was barely using Windows at that point.
