For #5, there’s a couple big lists of data brokers that you can use to check what each one has on you, and then opt out. You can and should Google yourself, and Bing and Duck and so on yourself, but the results for a lot of data brokers don’t show up on search engines. Here’s one list:

With the big caveat that these are extraordinarily sleazy companies and most likely don’t actually delete your data, just hide it from public searches - so when you’re opting out don’t give them any more information than they already have on you.
