And from history, when Alaska and Hawaii joined, the cap was momentarily raised to 437 to give each of them 1 seat immediately, which was then lowered again at the next census when seats were partitioned out properly, so I would expect the same to happen here. Based on population, PR should get around 4 seats, and DC 1 seat.

I can recommend a dual Strength/faith build. I did that my first playthrough and it was a lot of fun. I think the Incantations was much funner to play with than the Sorceries. They have far more variety in them. Plus there is a cure Scarlet Rot Incantation that I got a lot of mileage out of to make certain parts less oppressive.

While, I don’t go to them, my local comic book shop does nightly events on rotation across multiple CCGs (MtG, Pokemon TCG, Lorcana) Tabletop night and a board game night. Also another good option if there is a comic book store in your area.

I was in the same boat 8 or so years ago, when I first started transitioning, and what I did was find local groups for things I liked on Meetup.com and joined them. I also started attending conversions for things I liked too, if your area hosts any.

At a local anime convention, I met a gaming group which I liked and joined and would eventually meet my current partner in. I had also joined a local board gaming group which is where I met one of my closest friends who was also in a similar alone situation and we ended up bonding because of that and our shared interests.

Writing has never been Borderlands strong suit, and I don’t expect it to get any better. The story will be bad, the dialogue will be bad, the jokes will be bad. They hit gold once with Borderlands 2, and never again. Will the gameplay be good? That’s the real question.
