Maybe if you’re getting it tailored or something but off the shelf it can be a crapshoot for us, too. I have “32” jeans that range from hanging off me to I can’t wear them comfortably.

- 120g blueberries
- 40g quick cooking oats
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- dash salt
- dash cinnamon
Mix all that together before work and then by lunch the oats will have softened. If I’m trying to gain weight I’ll throw in 30g hemp hearts as well. You can also switch up the berries/fruit, sweetener, and spices however you like, this combo is just what I like.

It should be learning from their innovative ideas15·9 months agoImagine Canada Post starts Amazon-like storefront where Canadian businesses can sell their products while Canada Post sells something like prime where you pay a monthly/yearly fee for unlimited deliveries. This seems like an obvious avenue to me, particularly if those American tariffs happen.

There’s a NSFL video going around from the front row that is very graphic. Blood shooting out of his neck like a fountain. I recommend not looking at it personally, but I will say that Kirk is probably not surviving this.
